These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Domino Score mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App.
By accessing or using Domino Score, you represent that you are at least 4 years of age, or that you are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Domino Score regarding the App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to:

Domino Score is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed within the App, and that ad content is determined by Google AdMob. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
All intellectual property rights in the App — including the logo, design, code, graphics, animations, and sound effects — are owned by Domino Score and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our explicit written permission. Player names and data you enter remain your own.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domino Score and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, device damage, or losses resulting from App errors. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months (which, for a free app, shall be zero).
The App may display links to third-party websites or services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Accessing third-party services is done at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you via an in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
